We recently purchased a heating and air conditioning system and a tankless hot water heater from John Hampson. It was a pleasure to deal with John and he was a great help in assisting us with choosing the new system we purchased. I did my research before John came to my home and was looking for certain things from the salesman who gave us prices. John was one of the only salesman that measured my home and actually did the things I was looking for. He also answered all my questions.

The installers were Mike Barrett and Sean Handlin. Both these men were professional and polite. I was very impressed with the work they did. Every part of the installation was neat and professional looking when completed. The job of removing and installing the new equipment is a dirty job, but they never left a mess and took care to make sure my rugs were covered. When they left, the area where they were working was neat and clean.

Mike Hearn came by several times also, and I was equally impressed with him and the knowledge he had about these systems.

I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who asks me about you. Thanks for doing a great job for us.

Please accept this as my unqualified recommendation for your serviceman, Dan Grant. He worked at cleaning our air ducting system last Thursday, April 2nd. I expected the worst...you know, noise, dust, chaos and all the rest. Well, a pleasant surprise. Mr. Grant was efficient, unobtrusive, careful and informative. My home is almost 70 years old. The ducting was never cleaned before. More dust than inside a pyramid. Five filters were used up in collecting the accumulated debris!

Anyhow, I could hardly believe how thoroughly Dan did his work. Everything was taken into account, and I felt that the cost of the cleaning was very reasonable considering the time, equipment and skill required to do it as well as it was done. I will certainly recommend ServiceMark to anyone.

Installation of our new Lennox system went very smoothly last week. Jim arrived early Tuesday and the truck with all the things to be installed was already at the house. Best of all, he was able to get enough done so we had AC overnight Tuesday. On Wednesday he again was at the house early and said how pleased he was with the progress made the previous day, and assured me that he would finish up and test everything. When we got home, there was no sign of him. Everything was cleaned up and neat as a pin. The touch screen thermostat is different than our previous Sears special, but it really didn't take long to figure out.

We want to thank your salesman for giving us advice on the gas heater we purchased.
